"Request to complete the Energy Leadership Index® Assessment."

Before You Begin:

  • The assessment takes about 20–30 minutes to complete.

  • Set aside quiet, uninterrupted time so you can tune in.

  • Go with your first instinct—no need to overthink your responses.

  • Please complete the assessment at least 48 hours before your debrief appointment.
