Helping the Human Behind the Title.

Keynote speaker on leadership resilience, energy, and the human side of change.

You are good at what you do. Really good.

And yet.

The world outside keeps shifting faster than anyone can keep up with. New pressures. New expectations. The ground beneath leadership has changed and nobody handed you a map.

And then there is the war inside.

The voice that whispers you are not enough. The exhaustion behind the back to back meetings. The anxiety that shows up at 3am when everything is quiet.

You are holding so much for everyone around you.

Who is holding it for you?

If you are looking for a speaker who will leave your audience feeling genuinely seen and ready to lead, not just inspired for a day, let us talk.

MY SIGNATURE KEYNOTE FOR LEADERS NAVIGATING THE HUMAN SIDE OF CHANGE

From Anxiety to Agency: Energy Leadership for the Age of AI

AI isn't slowing your team down. Their energy around AI is.

As artificial intelligence reshapes every industry, leaders are being asked to adopt tools that feel threatening, disorienting, or simply one more thing on an already impossible list. In this high-energy session, Nisha shows leaders how to shift their relationship with AI by shifting the energy they bring to the table.

Because the leaders who will thrive in this next chapter aren't the ones who out-automate everyone else. They are the ones who understand themselves.

Your audience will walk away knowing how to:

  • Identify the energy patterns driving AI resistance on your team and the simple shifts that change them

  • Reframe AI as a creativity amplifier, not a threat to your value or your team's relevance

  • Apply an energy leadership framework to build psychological safety during times of technological change

  • Leave with a personal energy audit to reset how you show up for your team

A note from Nisha…

Leadership doesn't have to be lonely.

When we cultivate deeper awareness, we begin to see that guidance is always available. Woven into our breath, reflected in our relationships, and mirrored in the natural world. Everything becomes a teacher, offering insight and truth when we are willing to listen.

Take the dandelion. A plant often overlooked, even discarded. And yet it embodies so much of what true leadership asks of us: resilience in the face of change, adaptability in uncertainty, and quiet strength rooted in simplicity. Its healing essence reminds us that we too are allowed to rest, to soften, and to be nourished.

This is the kind of leadership I speak to.

Through my talks, I guide audiences back to themselves. Helping them rise above the internal and external noise that dims their clarity, creativity, and confidence. Drawing from the Yoga Sutras, Vipassana meditation, and lived experience in high-performance tech spaces, I offer a grounded, heart-centered path to leadership that is both visionary and sustainable.

If you are looking to bring depth, presence, and a refreshing perspective to your event, I would be honored to speak to your audience.

The Human Advantage: Strengthening Discernment in the Age of AI

Thursday, Sep 17, 2026 | 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM PT | Virtual (Microsoft Teams)

What if your greatest advantage in the age of AI isn’t learning to use better technology — but learning to trust yourself?

AI is transforming how we work, create, and make decisions. But as we’re flooded with more information, more opinions, and more AI-generated insights than ever before, something quieter is at risk: our own judgment.

Research published in 2025 found that 88% of our daily behaviors happen automatically — driven by habit, not conscious choice. That's not a character flaw. It's how human brains work. The question is: are your autopilot patterns actually serving you?

Whether you’re navigating a career transition, adapting to an AI-driven workplace, or simply wanting to show up more intentionally — this webinar will help you understand why you think what you think, recognize the patterns keeping you stuck, and strengthen the uniquely human qualities no technology can replicate.

What we’ll explore

  • Why smart, capable people get caught in overthinking, reactivity, and decisions that don’t reflect who they actually are

  • How the 7 Levels of Energy Leadership reveal the hidden beliefs and emotional patterns driving your behavior

  • Why AI and social media exploit the same psychological vulnerabilities — and what to do about it

  • How to quiet the noise, reconnect with your values, and make decisions from clarity rather than conditioning

What you’ll leave with

  • A clearer picture of the beliefs and habits shaping how you think, decide, and respond under pressure

  • Practical tools for recognizing and shifting self-limiting patterns before they cost you

  • Greater trust in your own judgment — especially when external inputs are overwhelming

  • A personal framework for showing up with more presence, confidence, and discernment in work and life

As AI continues to reshape the future, our greatest opportunity isn’t simply becoming more technologically capable. It's becoming more resilient to manipulation, more worthy of trust, and more deeply ourselves. This webinar will help you strengthen the one thing machines cannot replicate: understanding why you do what you do.
